Why choose Fine Host to manage my property?
We are committed to our hosts and guests, we work as a team to ensure a high reservation rate, maximizing your resources and increasing your income. In addition, we love what we do! We want to give you peace of mind by knowing that your home is being taken care of in a special way and with all the attention it needs.
Which plan should I choose?
If you do not know which plan to go for, do not worry! We would like to work closely with you to better assist you and find out which plan suits you best. Contact us!
Do you work with other platforms other than AirB&B?
Our main working platform is indeed AirB&B, however, we can adapt to our clients requirements. If you wish to enlist your property in another known platform, we could definitely manage it for you.
What services do you provide for property management?

Is the cost for the plan per reservation?
Our commission is based on a percentage (which is determined by the plan you choose) taken from the nightly rate offered to the guest. For example, in case you choose our Plus plan of 20% and you offer a nightly rate of $50usd for a stay of 7 nights, this would be a total of $350usd.
From this final amount we would apply 20% for our services, which would have a cost of $70usd. Therefore, you would have a profit of $280usd for a reservation of 7 nights.
ABOUT THE SERVICES
What are the cleaning costs for my property?
The costs for our professional cleaning services is determined by the size of the space, and most of the time this service is charged to the guest as a “cleaning” concept when they book their stay.
The cost to be determined includes the price of the products to use in order to disinfect the space.
How do you organize the cleaning services and what does it include?
The service consists in coordinating a calendar of arrivals and departures in order to organize the cleaning of the property by our qualified team, who will be cleaning the space with high standards of hygiene and sanitization by following our COVID-19 preventive protocol.
What are the costs for the amenities?
The amenities have an additional cost which will be taken from the operational costs of the property, and therefore, avoid recurring, excessive and unnecessary expenses.
What type of amenities are provided?
We provide a courtesy kit to make the guests’ stay more pleasant. The kit includes personal hygiene items and basic cleaning products in the kitchen.
How will you handle the property maintenance?
We work together with professional contractors specialized in their area (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, gardeners, smiths), we make sure that their assignments are done professionally and in a timely fashion.
*Maintenance costs are not included in the service plan.

ABOUT THE STAYS
What happens if the guests need maintenance assistance during their stay?
Whenever a guest reports an electric or plumbing failure; perhaps the fan stopped working or they ran out of hot water, we will come to the property and verify the issue. If it’s a minor incident Fine Host will resolve it without any extra cost.
In case the assistance of a professional is required we will contact the owner to inform them and help them in finding the best possible way to deal with these expenses. We will make sure to provide you with the lowest costs for any repairs.
Do you cover any material damages done to my property?
Any costs for replacing damaged objects, or damages due to wear and tear of the property are at the expense of the owner. However, AirB&B offers insurance for property damages caused by guests, which must be claimed as soon as possible to make it valid.
OTHER SERVICES
How do you organize the laundry service?
We take care of the laundry directly for the proper washing of all bed linen and towels used in the property.
What do you mean by organization of service payments?
We are at your service to help you make timely payments for household services, such as: water, electricity (CFE), Internet, Gas, Predial (property taxes), among others.
*The costs generated by the household services are at the owners’ expense.
*Fine Host is not responsible for the costs of these services are part of any plan.
Do you have a forced contract to hire your services?
We believe that a happy customer is a customer who will always remain. That is why there are no strings attached when hiring our services, this means that you can cancel your contract whenever you decide it.
